Margaret L. Seifert

Associate Attorney

Maggie has been practicing law for over six years now and is an associate on the firm's real estate team. Her practice specialties include purchasing, selling, leasing, developing, and financing commercial real estate.

Prior to joining Mallery s.c., Maggie worked in-house as claims counsel at a large title insurance company managing title and escrow litigation. She also worked in-house at a local title company assisting commercial clients in solving both title and closing issues on transactions.

Maggie completed her undergraduate studies at Creighton University in 2013, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in health administration and policy, graduating magna cum laude. She was admitted by the State of Wisconsin as a registered nurse (RN) in 2013.

Maggie earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2015. During her time at Wisconsin Law, she was involved in numerous organizations, such as the Association of Women Lawyers and the Student Bar Association, as well as being on the Wisconsin Journal of Law, Gender and Society serving as Deputy Symposium Editor. In that role, she worked to facilitate the annual symposium entitled Faster, Higher, Stronger, Fairer, Better? A Critical Analysis of Gender and the Olympic Movement.

She was inspired to become a lawyer because she enjoys working through problems and helping her clients find a solution to all their legal needs. One of her greatest career and personal achievements to date was earning and maintaining both her RN and JD licenses.

Maggie was born in Wisconsin Rapids but lived in Omaha prior to moving to Milwaukee for new career opportunities in 2016. In her personal time, she enjoys volunteering in the local community and learning more about various organizations in the Milwaukee area. Some of her hobbies include working out, reading, spending time with her friends, and checking out new places around town. She loves any water-related activities such as boating, water skiing, and kayaking. She also loves spending as much downtime as possible at the family's lake house up north, especially during the warmer Wisconsin summer months.

Maggie has thoroughly integrated herself into the Milwaukee community since relocating here in 2016. She enjoys being an essential part of the Milwaukee real estate community and helping her local community clients. It's important to her to be a part of building the Milwaukee community and making it a better place for everyone to live and work. Her clients appreciate that she is personable, relatable, timely, and very organized as well.
