Tess L. Oberhauser

Tess is an Associate Attorney at Mallery, s.c. where her practice focuses on real estate, business, and other transactional matters.

Tess earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Marquette University Law School. During law school, she received multiple Dean's List honors and earned the CALI Award in Business Associations.

Prior to joining the firm, Tess gained practical legal experience as a law clerk, where she drafted and red-lined legal documents, focusing on attention to detail and key negotiation points for her client.

Before entering the legal profession, Tess worked in business operations, where she gained firsthand experience with the practical challenges faced by businesses. This experience allows her to approach matters with both legal and business considerations in mind.
